MOJO™ Bean Bags is a brand of Homewares Pty Ltd.

PRIVACY:
At Homewares, protecting your privacy is our Policy.
When placing your order we need to know your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, credit card number with billing statement address and expiration date. We do not store credit card information. This allows us to process and complete your order and notify you of your order status. All information about you and your order is kept totally confidential. Homewares will not, under any circumstances, disclose your personal information to any outside organization to use for marketing purposes.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and bank debit cards (with a Visa or MasterCard logo). When you place an order on our website, all information is encrypted through a secure server using 128 Bit SSL technology. If you wish to place an order but do not want to provide your personal information online, you may place your order by telephone. You may also mail a cheque or money order payable to Homewares Pty Limited to the address below. (please note that orders by mail will take longer to process)

CUSTOMS DUTIES / TAXES
Duties, taxes and Customs clearance costs at the country of destination, if any, are your responsibility

SHIPPING:
Most Orders are Shipped via Express Post, TNT or Fedex. The cost of Freight for Orders Outside of Australia will be added at Cost to your Order.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER:
A confirmation of your order will be emailed to you within several minutes of placing your order online. Orders placed by phone will receive a confirmation number. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of the information provided from this site and emails. Homewares does not assume responsibility for misquoted prices, payment, availability, and product information, resulting from technical, human, or communication errors.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
Homewares attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Homewares does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Homewares itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

COLOR DISCLAIMER:
Colors may vary due to computer monitor settings. The colors we display on our website should be considered close renditions of the actual colors available.

RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from Homewares are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS, ORDER CHANGES, and OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
We will accept order cancellations or changes ONLY if the order has not been shipped. Items that are out of stock can still be purchased on our website. Your credit card will be charged at the time of sale.

RETURNS:
If you are unsatisfied with a product you’ve purchased from MOJO, you may return the product for a refund minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 15% of the purchase price per item. Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

FREIGHT DAMAGE:
Please inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives. If you suspect any damage, you can REFUSE, INSPECT PRODUCT, or MAKE A WRITTEN STATEMENT on the freight bill before you sign accepting shipment. Contact our customer service department as soon as possible. If you discover concealed damage, please retain all packing materials and contact our customer service department for further instructions.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:
MOJO will repair or replace the product at its discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for “return of product” instructions. Homewares will then make the necessary arrangements to insure that the warranty issue is handled promptly.
